Marketing and communications review and recommendations

The International Press Institute commissioned me to conduct a review of the organisation's marketing and communications structure and activities.  Using desk research, opinion formers' views and one-to-one in-depth interviews in Vienna, I produced a comprehensive report and recommendations to senior management on organisational structure, promotion, conferences and event management, membership and funding. This led to changes in structure and processes and the creation of new posts, providing a more robust and pro-active team.  I also developed and held a marketing workshop for staff in Vienna.
